Mailing Address

Each room has a mailbox with corresponding number in the front desk area of each hall. Mailboxes are shared by the occupants of the room. Mail should be addressed in the following manner:

[Student Name]
[Room #] Edwards Hall
Fort Collins, CO 80521

Do Not:
  • Use “Colorado State University” or the University zip code “80523” in the address. This will delay arrival.
  • Address the mail/package to someone who does not live in the room (such as a parent, or using a nickname). A photo ID is required to pick up packages and this will result in the package being returned to sender. Ordering items under an alias or fictitious name is considered mail fraud.

Transportation Options on Campus

Bike

Bicycling is a sustainable, easy, and affordable way to get around campus! CSU is a designated “Platinum Bicycle Friendly University” with convenient trails, bike lanes, rack space, and a fully functional bike shop known as The Spoke.

Bus

Your RamCard doubles as your bus pass. Ride any Transfort route in the city, via bus, MAX, or FLEX. FLEX is a regional bus with direct stops to and from Loveland, Longmont, and Boulder. Another service, Bustang (no discounts are associated with your Ramcard), provides service to Denver, Colorado Springs, and the I-70 mountain corridor.

ZipCar

An affordable, sustainable alternative to bringing a personal car and purchasing a parking permit. CSU has four ZipCar rental locations on campus and student membership starts at $15.

Personal Vehicle

Parking on campus is limited and permits are required year-round. Parking permits are available for purchase through Parking & Transportation Services.
