University Welcome Center

The Welcome Center serves as the University’s official front door for our visitors and friends. The center offers general information about campus and the Fort Collins community, along with admissions information for prospective students and their families, including daily information sessions and campus tours.

Directions to CSU

CSU is located 50 miles from Denver, Colorado. At the foot of the Rocky Mountains, Fort Collins is within an hour’s drive of major recreation areas such as Estes Park, Red Feather Lakes, Cache la Poudre River (Colorado’s Trout Route) and several mountain parks, including Roosevelt National Forest and Rocky Mountain National Park. Horsetooth Reservoir, a human-made boating and recreation area, is a 10-minute drive from campus.

Mountain Campus

Interested in CSU’s mountain campus? Just three hours from Denver International Airport and 53 miles west of Fort Collins, Colorado, lies a beautiful mountain valley called Mountain Campus. The 1,200-acre campus is within sight of Rocky Mountain National Park, the Comanche Peak Wilderness Area, and Roosevelt National Forest. Pingree is the perfect location for conferences, retreats, and team-building activities.
