There is a charge for your first RamCard. This charge will be billed to your university account. Students must be admitted and registered for the current semester to be eligible for a RamCard. Please see RamCard policies for more information.

Before an employee RamCard (University ID) can be issued, an approved employment/affiliate status must appear in the ID production system, and active employees/affiliates must complete the setup for a network identity (NetID) at least one business day before a RamCard can be issued.
A department may pay for their new employees’ first RamCard; otherwise, the employee must pay. If a new employee’s department is to pay for the RamCard, the following information is required. Please have this information ready when visiting our office:
Because departments are billed for printed RamCards on a regular basis via an Internal Order or Internal Billing in Kuali, if a new employee does not have their home department’s Kuali information at the time the RamCard is issued, the employee can request reimbursement from their home department.

Employees are responsible for the replacement cost of a lost, stolen, damaged, or updated RamCard.
