Students will be billed for the entire semester’s housing in advance instead of monthly rent. Fall housing charges will be billed in late July and Spring housing charges will be in early January.*

Current residence hall residents will have the opportunity to select an apartment space in Aggie Village Lodgepole (limited rooms available) as a part of returning student room selection.

NEW THIS YEAR: A limited number of double-occupancy rooms in 1- and 2-bedroom units will be available for selection! Learn more at hdswptest2.colostate.edu/apartments/aggie-shared-bedroom/
