No Place 4 H8 is a call to action for members of our community to do their part to create an inclusive community for all. While we value different perspectives, experiences, and expression of thought, we do not tolerate hate or bias-motivated behaviors in our spaces. Together, we can create a community where everyone is respected and valued despite our differences. #NoPlace4H8
Historically, “H8” was used by white supremacist groups as early as the 1990s. Around 2009 the abbreviation was reclaimed by the NOH8 national campaign.
PRINCIPLES OF COMMUNITY
The Principles of Community support the Colorado State University mission and vision of access, research, teaching, service and engagement. A collaborative and vibrant community is a foundation for learning, critical inquiry, and discovery. Therefore, each member of the CSU community has a responsibility to uphold these principles when engaging with one another and acting on behalf of the University.
